Balance After Loss
I have received my Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University, Bachelor of Arts in Social and Criminal Justice from Ashford University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force. I have recently began working as an independent contractor in Marketing.
I am also a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and I personally discovered the Grief Recovery Method (GRM) in the process of a very difficult breakup. It is very important to note that while I strayed away from becoming a psychologist, I have found my way back to helping others through the GRM and in my pursuit of my Marriage and Family Degree. I realized that in the midst of my breakup that I was grieving and sought the knowledge to heal my heart. After ordering the Grief Recovery Handbook, it was confirmed that I was in fact grieving and felt a strong desire to give those same tools to others in which allowed me to move forward in life. The GRM method helped me put into action the skills necessary to release my grief and see that grief doesn't have to take over my life.
My personal strengths are that I am empathetic, have a strong sense of compassion, and I am committed to providing an unbiased, open, and honest perspective to help you regain balance in your life after loss.
